It's in the design stage now, and a test engine is currently being built.
Thats all I can say for now!!

Dennis,
Is this still happening?
When I first read your post a couple of weeks ago, I gave Edelbrock a call just for an update.
The guy basically laughed in my face and told me to get lost! "Never gonna happen!"
I would just love to see this really happen.
Do you know if this is still for real??
Thanks,
g-man

The test engine is pretty much built, It's just waiting for a prototype Cyl. head to be cast and machined. After engine dyno work is completed the engine will probably be going into my 91 Cherokee for some chassis dyno work and real world testing.
Please PM me the name of the guy that told you it was "never going to happen" so that I can let him know that he is wrong.!!!!!
Thanks
Dennis

The Performer heads (#60129 & #60139) have the heat crossover.
RPM heads (#60109 & #60119) have no heat crossover.
NHRA legal heads (bare head #60107) is identical to the RPM head with the exclusion of all machining and hand grinding on the ports and chambers.
