I have a 76 Pacer with manual disk brakes.  I pulled the booster from a 75 Pacer parts car with power disks and I'm curious if I can just add the booster or am I going to need to add/change anything else? Any advise will be appreciated.

You can swap it as long as you use the master cylinder that belongs with the booster.
A manual MC will not work with a booster.

I strongly recommend buying a NEW master cylinder and not using one from the donor car.
Use the booster - but put a new master cylinder on it.
One major reason is that you will be changing the amount that the piston in the master travels by moving it to your car - meaning it may travel into sludge and crud and rust and it will usually end up failing anyway.
Never re-use master cylinders.

To add to billd's info... be aware that many have noticed that the booster apply rod may need adjusted when replacing with a new or remanufactured master cylinder.

I have noticed quite a few topics about braking issues with power brakes, and most of them were with the installation of new replacement master cylinders.

Considering the low cost of a new replacement, its pretty much cheap insurance for optimal function and long term dependability.
