Has anyone had any experience with the Crown reproduction lower control arms? Just wondering how they compare to OEM? Thanks.

The one on ebay looks pretty good, and seems to have a good exchange policy.

The price is right, if I needed a lower arm would grab one my self.

Wow... I had no idea they were being repopped... Real good price considering how much the NOS ones cost from one of the 3 main AMC vendors...

They have been in repro for quite a while. I bought a set from APD back in 2004 and they sat on a shelf for 5 years and when I went to install realized that when the bushings were installed they crushed the arm and were bent ...POS Chinese garbage and too late after the sale to request a refund. Luckily I scored a set of NOS reinforced fleet arms complete with ball joints for half the price on ebay. I would find good used and install poly bushings in the original shells before using any aftermarket stock type AMC front control arms

That will happen with nos as well... there is a thread by billd on how to install bushings.

I ended up buying used on eBay. The repos look pretty good in pictures, but not sure if I could trust them.
