I'm looking for photos of a 1971-1974 Javelin engine compartment.
I saw some posted awhile back, but I lost the information.
Any help would be great.

There is differences both noticeable and subtle between the years.

I6, V8 option, A/C, non power steering, smog, and other variances with accessories.

71 had vacuum wiper option, and different harness than 73/74

74 had a label on the passenger suspension hump.

My late 73 had an extra (one year only for 73-1/2) vacuum relief valve. One mounted at the upper radiator support and the other on the coil bracket.

71 automatics had not smog.

So I guess outside of electric wiper, harness at the firewall, differences with air cleaner and a label mounted on 74 cars, I imagine enough to fill a magazine.

Oh, I should've taken a picture of my original engine compartment... nobody ever posted a 71 v8 Javelin with A/C and non power steering, and vacuum wipers. For the era that configuration turned out to be not so common. Just looks alone against a late 72 on up Javelin, seems so out dated.
