trying to remove the center horn on my 63 classic.  found one site that said to push in and 1/4 turn.  I can't get it to move.  Any suggestions?

Should pop right off. Disconnect the horns, push down hard on the center of the horn ring and turn counter-clockwise. Once the lugs clear the spring will push it up and off.
