This section is for members to post their own eBay auctions, or *AMC RELATED* items that may be of interest to members.
This section is not to critique or pick apart others' eBay ads.

If your post is not to point out your own auctions, or simply point out auctions of AMC items of general interest, then please post it in the proper section for general chat.

Any posts that may appear to hurt eBay sales may be subject to removal.
You alone are liable for anything you say about eBay auctions and/or sales and agree to hold "the forum", it's administrator, host or moderators harmless.

If you have proof or evidence of scams please take it to eBay.
We really don't care about shill bidding - if you don't like the auction, don't bid. If a shill is involved and the item still sells, then the buyer must have still wanted it.

If there is no proof, be VERY careful of what you say.......... as there are 4 possiblities:
1. You will be wrong and they will have every right to come after you
2. The person accused may have had their account "hacked" and the auction not theirs, with results similar to 1 above. And you'll be hurting the name of an innocent person.
3. You will be seen as a person who does nothing but complains about auctions with little else to do.
4.  You'll be right. But in that case, you do a better service to take it to eBay and let them deal with it.

If your posts are found to be libelous or slanderous, you are on your own........ posting rights will be immediatly terminated.
If we receive any communication from eBay regarding a particular post, you will be warned and your posting rights subject to being revoked.
IF we receive complaints from eBay sellers about your posts, and your posts are harmful to sales, your posts will be reviewed and *may* be removed or moved and a warning may be issued.

BE VERY CAREFUL and be CERTAIN of your "facts".

Because eBay auctions have a limited life and are removed from eBay, posts related to eBay may be removed unless there is important restoration information, in which case they will be moved to the appropriate section.
Otherwise, posts in the eBay section will typically be removed after 3 months.

The purpose of this section is to post your eBay auctions, or bring to the attention of others, AMC parts and/or car auctions of interest. (this is the trading post......Wink )
Or in cases where it can be shown, warn of scams - or point out the warning signs or red flags of scams.
If it's not directly related to an eBay sale of AMC cars or parts, please post it in either the AMC chat or off-topic banter areas.
Items found to not be the members' own auctions, or, pointing out eBay items of general interest to AMC Forum members (AMC related) they will be deleted or moved to the appropriate section.

Thank you!
