T5 Swap - What flywheel to use? And what clutch?

And here's what the spacer plate looks like in case anyone wants to go that route. Darrin at Major Metal cut this out on his CNC plasma table based on a dxf drawing I sent to him for about $20. Darrin can cut up to 1" plate I think, and has a hydraulic press brake and a tube bender as well, and he's willing to ship stuff. He does lot's of Jeep stuff and I think his prices are awesome.

So the plate is only about 1/8" thick. I was wondering about that, as the trans centers on the front bearing retainer. Too far back and you pull that out! IIRC the retainer base against the trans is only about 1/4" thick, maybe slightly over.
