Does anyone know where to go to get a replacement passenger grab handle for a 1974 AMX Javelin? My interior is Blue and I cannot find any listed anywhere. I am gonna try and restore the interior of car and I would like to know what my options are. Anybody have any suggestions? Any Ideas would be appreciated.

They seem to be made of unabtainium, no one has them. If you have an old one an upholster should be able to cover the metal piece to look similar to original. You should put an add in the wanted section, you may find a good one you can dye to the right color. If I remember right someone was making a cover to go over the original, but not sure if he had any in blue.

I thought you can get replacements... At least 3 years ago you could get them at a fair price. I am sure someone can chime in. They seem fairly simple, so any leather shop should be able to tackle the thread work.
