Finally welded it up. Ground down the welds and created a dust storm removing the filler and primer that was on it. There are some dents that need attention and some detailing that needs to be done.




That's gonna do it for this thread. I get to do it all over again on the driver's side!

Looks really good!! How's the other side? Make sure you epoxy prime this before surface rust starts.

Other side is slightly worse but will take the same effort to repair. I don't have another NOS piece but I bought one of John Newell's reproductions.
