I found several cheap replacements for my 67 Ambassador master cylinder. I too have manual drum brakes. I did not have time to rebuild the original wince I was off to the Hot Rob Power Tour. The one I got from Advance was just fine. But since the top is the new style, I'll rebuild the original as I have time. Of course, your situation may not be the same but that's my experience.

Good luck,
Bruce Clarkson
