Here's a picture of the clearance to trunnion and tie rod with the Jegs rim, no spacer, 15x7 3.75" back space. You can fit a finger between trunnion and rim, but not between tie rod.

So this is the car after first drive with the brake upgrade and new tires/rims.  I haven't had the car up to highway speeds yet, but it is definitely an improvement over the drum/drum setup; still manual but disc/drum master and proportioning valve.  The front tires are 205/65-15 on a 7" 3.75"bs rim and the rears are 225/60-15 on an 8" 4.5"bs.  The front has no clearance issues, but it's damn close to the trunnion.  The rear actually rubs a little on bumps, but the quarter lip is like an inch long.  May need to roll that a little bit....I'm definitely happy with how the car looks and stops now!
