I'm talking about rubber, not polyurethane, strut rod bushings for pre-1969 cars, especially 10-80 series with 11/16" strut rods.

There was some commotion a few years ago about one-piece strut rod bushings splitting out within a year and the two-piece bushings being discontinued.

O'Reilly's shows two piece bushings with integral washers as part number K3091. Who knows if they are actually available. Aside from that all I am seeing are one-piece which we know don't work and polyurethane which I'd rather not feel every crack in the pavement.

Is it possible to use post-1970 two piece bushings on the earlier cars?

Just thought I'd find out if some of you have found a source for rubber two-piece bushings yet to get an update on this situation for everybody.

Beware of PST seller eBay. On 5/31/2018. Before I ordered PST's  "Original Front End Kit 1968-69 AMC AMX, Javelin" I asked if the strut rod bushinhs are rubber. PST replied "Yes they would be rubber." They are not rubber instead the strut rod bushings are a Hard Polygraphite. Also the End link bushings are not rubber as described instead they hard polygraphite not rubber. PST sent UPS  here the next day to pick  the front end kit up  and I got a full refund of $419.00 and was not charged for shipping. Ended up ordering l the front suspension and steering parts a la carte from various vendors which cost about a hundred dollars more, and the parts were MOOG or TRW. So the moral of the story is to read the description carefully, ask questions, take notes, and then order.
Questions are powerful tools...what's in your toolbox?
