Anyone have a good handle on where to purchase exhaust flanges and the donut gaskets?
The flange looks like this.
Some one must make one that fits the free flow manifolds.

I have my originals... though they were daily drivers. I may clean them up and see how clean they are, as for any rust.

I think the donut gaskets are easy to find, most auto parts stores have them.
It's the flange I'm more worried about.
I gotta get some measurements and start shopping.

I have a couple of them at my shop somewhere, but now that I need them I can't find them....crap.

I used a 2-1/2" universal one like this:
http://www.roadraceengineering.com/flangesandgaskets.htm
Fit it up, tacked and welded the pipe to the flange. Used a flat gasket.
No leaks in 6 years.

I have a bunch of those stamped steel exhaust flanges in several different sizes, and they are all brand new. When I get home tonight I will double check to be sure one of them will fit a free flow manifold.

For the donut gasket I have used Fel-pro 60103-1. It is 2 and 1/8 inch inside diameter and has a metal insert. Fits the free flow manifolds very nicely.

I'll let you know Menace,

I haven't given up entirely on finding the ones I have, just wish I wasn't so good at putting things away....

Ah HA,
Success, I found the pesky critters.

They were hiding with the exhaust tubing bends and mufflers, right were I put them so I wouldn't forget where I put them.....
