Anyone find a spinning bolt or nut rather on engine crossmember

The only spinning bolt and nut is the eccentrics for camber adjustment. To mount to the frame uses a nut like the lug nuts. |

There are nut plates welded into the frame rail, I have seen them broken loose and make it very difficult to remove the crossmember.....I driller the head off, removed crossmember and then welded the nut back in the frame rail,

lol... wait a minute, I resemble that remark.
I had to weld new (ears?) back on to those eccentric adjustment plates on my cross member. As they were, rotating the eccentric bolts would have had no effect at all.
