I am looking for a installation sheet to install a 68 amx glove box light  , also what does the light assembly look like , I do have a switch in the back bracket brace ,

IIRC, the light clips over the back edge of the glove box.

I think it clips to the metal structural rail that runs behind the dash and above the glove box.  You can access the rail when the glove box door is open but might need to remove the glove box to attach the light.

As Cam says, clips to that metal rail. To the right of the latch striker plate you'll see at notch about a half inch wide. The lamp socket is in line with that notch.
Long time AMC fan. Ambassador 343, AMX 390, Hornet 360, Spirit 304 and Javelin 390. All but javelin bought new.
