Specifically brand...
This pair of headers came from a 68 AMX 390 4 speed car.
2 3/4" I.D. collectors...

Anyone recognize them?

Thanks!

Dog-leg ports say they're not FOR a '68 390...or not one with stock heads.

Does that help?
Buzzman72...void where prohibited, your mileage may vary, objects in mirror may be closer than they appear, and alcohol may intensify any side effects.

Yes you are correct. It is a 70 390 in a 68 body.
So what brand of header do you have to bang a dent into to clear the starter?

Looks like my old cheapo Hedman... Even have the same dent in the 4th pipe on the passenger side... They worked fine though...

Old Hedman by the look . I believe they are the only ones to twist the left side collector .

I'm using Hedmans on our Grem. If I were using a stock started I would have had to dent the passenger header too.

But, the headers we have have the Hedman label on them. You can see it in this picture. (They were dusty form hanging in my garage for over a year.)

After bashing one of the tubes for the mini-starter (old one), the Hedman headers fit well and with high quality header gaskets, haven't had a leak in a long time.

Cool...
Thanks Guys.
I was hoping that Hedman would be the verdict.
The guy that I got them from said that they had been on his car for years and he didn't remember what brand they were.
