I am working on my '63 Ambassador. The ignition lock cylinder was installed upside down. May not bother anyone else but it does me. I can not get it to come out, yes I have the book. Is it because it was installed wrong and the part I should be pushing down is not where it should be, or I am just doing it wrong? I have it turned to acc, and tried turning it the other way also.

the hole is on the side of the switch, but since the lock is in the wrong way, I am thinking it does not line up with the little clip the book talks about. But I may just be doing it wrong
