Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has had luck with the patch panels from Kennedy or does anyone know the best source for the highest quality patch panels?  Looking to fix the issues in my rear quarter wheel arches. Heard the ones on ebay aren't the greatest.

Thanks
Beau

I have used the patches for the lower section of the quarter panels - the part behind the wheel that extends up a few inches from the bottom.
They were flawless, perfect, good gauge, good steel, welded well, the fit could not have been any better at all.
I got them from Kennedy and was extremely happy with them and the results.
These don't do the wheel opening area, however, they do the area that typically develops pin holes due to the drainage getting plugged and water collecting between the inner and outer parts to the side of the trunk. Dust and sand and dirt collect, water gets in there and then the wet dust holds the water against the back side of the lower quarter panel behind the wheel.

This is cutting the original section out -

Here is one after it was fitted and tacked along the top -

And after welding and grinding -

And the inside surface - you can just tell where it was welded -

Billd,  I have the same set as you,  and was told alignment is tricky since they are not full quarter panel sections.  I know they make the larger sections,  but when I see yours being done in the pictures,  it looks like they were easy peasy.  Any tips for such installs that will come in handy?

I've used all 3 pieces- lower front, arch, and rear piece as shown above. Also installed the rocker piece they sell. I got them from APD but I'm confident they're the same ones Kennedy sells. All the pieces fit fantastic, just like the pics above. They're flanged to fit together, but you should have no problem installing just the arch. I recall having to do some very minor modification to either the rocker piece or the lower front- I think I cut about 1/4 inch out at the joint between them to get something right. This was close to 15 years ago- they had just come out I think. They are absolutely worth the money.
