Gary,

It took some searching but I found an old thread on a Maverick/Comet website where the two brothers, Randy and John were advertising there custom louver work.  Here is the thread which lists there contact email as:  mrrandy724@msn.com

Good luck..... Scott

I made mustang slats/louvres in the 70-80's under the name Lowflyte Louvres  still  have fixtures and parts ...I would need a  vehicle to make a fixture [to make more than 1 set cost effective$$$ ] or to build a one off. I am currently working on a 70 javelin sst  , is the rear window the same...? is there enough interest to  building a fixture and making some ?

I have interest in 70 Javelin louvers   ...been looking for a long time for an old original set from the 70s and 80s but no manufacturer has them available

The set you make for that 70 Javelin will fit all 68/69/70 AMX and Javelins.

71 and later Javelins have a very similar, but shorter rear window, so your efforts on the 68/9/70 would only need a minor tweak during production to fit those as well.
