Any time you rework metal you would damge the chrome and start over...it would be easier to start from scratch

Keeping with the rules for the For Sale section you must list the price in the ad..

Really nice and great effort.

Maybe should this be moved to ‘product announcements’?

Only the ram air cars had the smaller air cleaner lid. The non ram air cars were full size.

I believe this product would be correct for a non ram air 70 390 AMX. If such an animal was ever made.
My understanding is the 360 powered cars got a painted top, ram air or not. Very nice looking on your car but not correct.

Nice job getting those done ! I bought an oil cap possibly from you a number of years ago and find parts like that are like a fine piece of jewelry every time you open the hood . I also remember guys hesitating over the price and after they were all gone some were disappointed .

Hey fellow members, musictoyz has put them on eBay. Sit on the fence too long and you will miss out.

Do you have any of the lids that are not chromed or ones with chrome that needs to be removed due to quality issues? If so, can you PM me?

You saved me, I already bought a few sets of valve covers from you and I was ready to grab 3 of these when I realized they were for the 68-9 and not 70 ram air cars. So the family gets to eat again instead of looking at my shiney chrome parts! DO NOT MAKE THE RAM AIR LIDS ! I have no self control!
