Morning. I need a little help. I am adding factory AC to my non factory ac 72 AMX. I have a lot of the parts together but I am hoping that somebody could help me out a little. Does anybody have the correct diagram or a photo of the correct routing of the AC lines thru the firewall and also the correct pully and belt set up for a 401 PS with AC Javelin/AMX. Also any photos or diagrams of the under dash wiring and other routing would help. I looked at my TSM but no charts just how to repair when broken. Last request
any shops that might specialize in restoring the system to the car. |

I have everything out but in separate components. The firewall has a n odd shaped rubber seal with metal reinforcement. There are two holes for the hoses to pass through. It fits over the round cornered rectangle opening. Wiring has an addition for AC required connections added within the harness. Non AC cars dont have all the connections. So you will need to obtain the wiring. |

I have a 74 survivor car with A/C. I can get some underhood pics if that would help. Not even going to try under the dash. Bob tufcj

All of the wiring diagrams are in the TSM. The parts book will have the exploded view. If you send me a e-mail address I can scan those and send them to you.

Thanks but since my post in June of 21 I have located the diagrams from the parts book and all of the correct pieces. You are correct there is a seperate AC wiring harness for the cars.
