I just received my new jack. I purchased it from of all places, Home Depot. I ordered it in the store and was able to pay cash, which I prefer. It was on sale for $349.99. I was surprised that shipping to my house was free. It weighs 118 pounds. It's assembled in the USA with domestic and imported components. American Lifting is owned by the Tiawanese company Shin Fu. They also own Hein Werner, Black Hawk, Porto Power and other American companies.
What's good:  Aside from at least being American assembled, it doesn't have the quick lift feature. This is something I've been looking for since I bought my other jack, which does have the quick lift. Without the quick lift, you can operate the jack with your leg from under the car. Try that with a quick lift.
What's not good:  The pump action is only on about the bottom 1/3 of the handle travel.

My other jack is an OTC 1739 American made 3 ton floor jack. It doesn't seem to be available anymore.

I have a couple of 2T Hein Werners.  The first/older one is USA.  The last one was bought after HW became "global".  Still, it uses a ~50 year old proven pump design and rebuild kits are readily available and cheap.  Neither has the quick lift.  I think the last HW I bought was right at $400 shipped.

I'm done with buying "cheap" jacks from HF and then throwing them out after they leak or leak down in 5-10 years.
