Hi AMC folks,
I have some small mounting brackets or reinforcements from the estate of an AMC assembly plant worker.
I am not sure if they are actually AMC parts and what they may be ?
Can someone shed some light on these please ?
Thank you,
JD

Sorry it doesn't look like I was able to post the photo :(

You need 30 posts to post a picture.  Just reply here and two other places then you can post some pics.

Might be either for filling two of 4 holes in the firewall for the brake master cylinder, or for attaching the MC on a Hornet/Gremlin 75ish? (For where the manual drum brake master used only two mounting holes/studs, and the power brake booster bracket uses all 4)

Thank you Rev.
I hate to pooh pooh you but I would think there would be an easier and cheaper way to plug holes ?
These assemblies are pretty substantial to just plug holes with.
Regards,
JD

That's easy to figure out. It is a 6-inch ruler, but I'm surprised it's not metric, eh?

They are related to brake master cylinder or power brake booster, mounting, I'm quite sure.
