Mendenhall Petroliana Museum Buellton
9:30am - Meet in Radisson Parking lot
10:00am - Depart parking lot for drive through Ynez Valley
12:30pm - Aπrrive Mendenhall Museum.
Note: Driving from the LA area you can meet us at the Museum

1:00pm - Guided tour of the Museum.
Cost $15 per person payable at the door.
5:30pm - Potluck BBQ location TBD we’ll provide hot dogs and buns.

Event schedule We are excited to invite everyone back to our 8th annual Santa Maria Car show. This is a
two-day event open to the public. If you know anyone with a classic car or enthusiast,
please share our car show information and invite them.
Friday May19
1. Drive tour meet 9:30AM
2. Depart at 10:00AM
3.Mendenhall Museum tour 12:30PM
4. Potluck BBQ 5:30PM.
We'll provide hot dogs. Bring something to share - Location TBA
5. 7:30PM socializing Radisson lounge area main lobby
Saturday May 20
1. Registration $10per vehicle 7:30AM - 10:30AM
2. Catering truck will be there for you.
3. 1:30PM turn in people choice voting
4. 3:30PM 50/50 drawing and awards
Show officials reserve the right to expel participants who do not behave in an
acceptable manner during any activities related to this event. In consideration of the
acceptance to participate, by execution of this form, release and
discharge AMCRC/Pacific Gold Rush Ramblers Chapter, the Southern California
Cougar Club, The Radisson Santa Maria, Stanley J. Kelly, Cynthia L. Kelly sponsors
and anyone connected to the management of the 2023 Mid-Coast Orphan Car show
and from any causes whatsoever that may be suffered by an entrant or participant to
his/her property or person. Further, each entrant, participant or spectator expressly
agrees to indemnify and hold harmless all the foregoing entitles, firms, bodies and
persons of any and all liability occasioned or resulting from conduct of any participant
assisting or cooperating with an entrant or under the direction of control of an entrant.

Ron T and myself are planning on coming over from Pahrump,NV in my VW Golf coupe. Better gas mileage and both our AMCs are down. LRDaum
