What parts will I need to run a 360 in a 258/Auto Spirit. Besides motor mounts? Found a cheap 360 that was in a FSJ with the TH400. What flex plate will I need? Will the exhaust mans and accessories work in it as well? I know I'll need a different pan and oil pickup as well.

should not need to change pan or pickup ?  will need a 360 TF flex plate , and some mod to the passenger exhaust man and control arm bracket to fit . but other wise common sense stuff .

If You use the free flow manifolds You will need to grind the strut rod bracket down a bit to clear.  That's if You find a small body V-8 cross member.

If you have the stock auto behind that 258 it’s basically a TF904 - while the 360 will bolt up it may be too much for that tranny, even stock.

I also think you`ll need a TF727 which I think is longer than the smaller TF904, requiring the propshaft to be shortened and rebalanced. Also is the axle up to it?  You just need a V8 Spirit as a donor car for all the parts.
Still a relatively easy engine swap, if any engine swap should be regarded as easy!

another issue you might cross..
there is a very thin collar in the back of the crank for the turbo 400 convertor, a 727 convertor wont fit in the crank with the collar.
